This full-day safari is designed for those who prefer a more personal and climate-controlled environment while exploring one of Africa’s largest game reserves. Accompanied by an expert local guide, you will have the freedom to pace your day as you search for the legendary Big Five and the diverse birdlife that calls this wilderness home.
Early Morning Pickup: Your private guide collects you from your Hoedspruit accommodation (typically between 05:00 AM and 06:00 AM).
Entry & Exploration: Enter through one of the park’s main gates as the bush comes alive with morning activity.
Morning Game Drive: Navigate through diverse habitats ranging from open savannahs to thick riverine bush.
Breakfast/Lunch Stop: Take a break at one of the park’s rest camps (Skukuza, Satara, or Orpen) to enjoy a meal and browse the shop.
Afternoon Tracking: Continue the search for elusive predators and large herds during the warmer part of the day.
Return: Exit the park and arrive back at your accommodation in the late afternoon (approx. 04:00 PM).
Identification: South African ID or International Passport (Required for gate entry).
Camera & Binoculars: Essential for capturing distant sightings.
Light Jacket: Even in closed vehicles, early mornings can be cool.
Personal Snacks/Water: While stops are made, having your own supplies is recommended.
Reference Books: Wildlife or bird guides (though your guide is an expert!).

Pickup and drop-off from Hoedspruit-based accommodations.
Fuel and all vehicle-related costs.
Kruger Park Entry Fees: Daily conservation fees must be paid at the gate (or via Wild Card).
Meals & Drinks: Breakfast and lunch at the rest camps are for your own account.
Gratuities: Discretionary tips for your guide.
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, the following fees apply based on the notice period provided:
48+ Hours Notice: 100% refund (less 5% administrative and bank processing fees) or a full credit toward a future booking.
24–48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of the total booking value.
12–24 Hours Notice: No refund. 50% credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months).
Less than 12 Hours Notice / No Show: No refund and no credit. Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of management and may incur additional fees to cover third-party costs.
2. Advanced Bookings (Groups & Packages)
For bookings made more than 15 days in advance:
15+ Days Prior to Date: 100% refund (less 5% bank/admin fees).
7–14 Days Prior to Date: 50% refund of the total booking value.
Less than 7 Days Prior to Date: No refund. 50% credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months).
3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event that we must cancel or cut short an activity due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high swells or wind), mechanical failure, or government-mandated closures:
Primary Option: Flexible rescheduling to a future date of your choice at no additional cost.
Secondary Option: A 70% refund of the total booking value. (Note: 30% is retained to cover non-recoverable third-party vendor deposits and bank transaction fees).
4. General Terms
Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Third-Party Costs: Please note that certain external costs (such as private boat charters or specialized catering) are committed immediately upon booking and may be non-refundable regardless of the notice period.
Credit Validity: Any credits issued for future bookings must be redeemed within 6 months of the original booking date.
